Elite Wellness Plan

The benefits of dental insurance for just $449 a year

In an effort to provide affordable dental care to those without insurance, we offer our Elite Wellness Plan. This plan offers the benefits of insurance without complicated co-pays, deductibles, and yearly limits.

For $449 a year, you receive:

N2 cleanings
N2 exams
NAll needed x-rays
N20% off all other dental services (excluding orthodontics)

Why choose the Elite Wellness Plan over dental insurance?

Basic preventive care and x-rays included. 2 dental cleanings and exams are provided to you at no additional cost.
No yearly limits. No matter what care you need, you’ll receive 20% off all treatments (excluding orthodontics)
No waiting period. Unlike most dental insurance plans, which require a 6-month waiting period, you can take advantage of savings immediately.
Affordable. At $429 a year, the Elite Wellness plan is more affordable than most dental insurance plans.

Payment plans

For the portion of your treatment costs that are not covered by the Elite Wellness Plan or insurance, we offer one clear financing section with Cherry as our primary financing option, CareCredit as a secondary option, and most major credit cards accepted.

Cherry is our preferred option for flexible monthly payments. CareCredit remains available for patients who already use it or prefer it as an alternate financing option.

Financing FAQs

How much will my insurance cover?

While all insurance plans are different, most dental insurance plans will cover 100% of preventive care, with discounts for most other treatments until you reach your yearly limit.

Are there any yearly limits with the Elite Wellness Plan?

Absolutely not. While most dental insurances only provide discounts on treatments up to your yearly limit (generally around $1,000-2,000), the Elite Wellness Plan offers discounts on as many treatments as you need (excluding orthodontics). No matter how much work you need completed, you’ll receive a 20% discount on the full cost of the procedure.
