Meet Dr. Perry

Owner

Dr. Chelsea Perry earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Indiana University, achieving Dean’s List honors and joining the Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars.

Pursuing further education, Dr. Perry graduated from the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston at the top of her class with a Doctorate of Dental Medicine. During her time there, she consistently earned merit scholarships for academic excellence and received the Osher Scholar award for the highest standards in personal and work ethics. Dr. Perry is also a member of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine.

Dr. Perry passionately provides her patients with the highest quality care, focusing on the oral systemic connection as well as sleep apnea and snoring through extensive continuing education courses.

Outside of her professional life, Dr. Perry loves to indulge in reading, painting, attending concerts, and cherishing moments with her husband Jason and their two children, Carter and Charlotte.

Meet Dr. Caravelli

Doctor

Dr. Kristina Caravelli earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Mount Saint Mary’s University, where she was a Dean’s List honoree, a member of the George Henry Miles Honor Society, and a four-year starter on the NCAA Division I women’s soccer team.

Continuing her education, Dr. Caravelli obtained her Doctorate of Dental Medicine at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston. During her time at Tufts, Dr. Caravelli chaired and served on the health and wellness committees for both the Tufts and District I chapters of the American Student Dental Association. Her research on dental materials earned her an induction into the Robert R. Andrews Research Honors Society for the Promotion of Dental Research, where she received multiple awards.

Dr. Caravelli is dedicated to fostering a welcoming and empowering environment while providing evidence-based care to enhance her patients’ oral and overall health.

Outside of dentistry, she enjoys backpacking/hiking, sailing, and spending time outdoors with her dog, Joey, and her partner, Eric.

Jason

Director of Operations

Jason has been in the dental field since 2003 and truly loves it. He started as a dental assistant and moved his way over to the management side in 2009. His favorite aspect of his job is trying to create the best patient experience possible.

When he is not working, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, playing guitar, watching horror movies, and reading.

Kenzie

Operations and Culture Lead

Kenzie was born and raised in Grafton and appears to know everyone who has ever lived there. She has been in the dental industry for over 8 years. In her spare time, Kenzie enjoys spending time with her husband and yellow lab, Nash. She also enjoys cooking, hanging out with her family and working out at her parents’ gym.

Violet

Dental Hygienist

Violet has been with us since 2013. She was born in Worcester and raised in Sturbridge, Massachusetts. She attended QCC and received her Associate of Science degree in Dental Hygiene.

In her spare time, Violet enjoys running, riding horses, and travelling.

Sam

Dental Hygienist

Sam is a dedicated dental hygienist who grew up in Worcester, Massachusetts. Her journey in the dental field began as a dental assistant, where she discovered her passion for helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their oral health. She went on to earn her Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene from Mount Wachusett Community College.

With a warm and compassionate approach, Sam strives to create an stress-free and welcoming environment for every patient. She is committed to providing personalized care and education tailored to each individual’s dental needs, helping them achieve and maintain healthy, beautiful smiles. Outside of the office, Sam enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, taking relaxing trips to Ogunquit, Maine, and getting lost in a good book.

Traci

Dental Hygienist

Traci graduated from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences with a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene. She truly enjoys building relationships with her patients and creating a comfortable, welcoming environment during every visit. One of her favorite parts of being a dental hygienist is getting to know patients not only through their dental goals, but also through conversations about their personal lives and experiences. Outside of the office, Traci loves spending time with her two horses, Ernie and Elvis, and riding whenever she can. She is also a proud dog mom to a French Bulldog, Franklin, who keeps life entertaining and is full of personality.

Vanessa

Dental Hygienist

Vanessa was born and raised in Northbridge, Massachusetts. She attended QCC, where she earned her Associate of Science degree in Dental Hygiene, and was awarded the Golden Scaler Award for clinical excellence. Her goal is to empower every patient to feel informed, supported, and motivated on their journey to lifelong oral and total health and wellness. Vanessa loves spending time with her husband, two kids, and two dogs. She enjoys working out, camping, and going on adventures with her family.

Marissa

Dental Assistant

Marissa was born and raised in Worcester, Massachusetts. She became a dental assistant in 2021 and fell in love with dentistry immediately. She takes pride in helping her patients achieve their wants and needs.

In her spare time, Marissa enjoys reading, crocheting, and laughing with her partner and family.

Dafny

Dental Assistant

Dafny was born in Guatemala and is fluent in Spanish and English. She attended Porter & Chester for Dental Assisting and started working with us as her first job in the dental field. Dafny is also a licensed esthetician, and she provides our patients with facials and other esthetic treatments. In her free time, she enjoys exercising, being a foodie and hanging out with her family.

Kristi

Dental Assistant

Kristi was raised in the small town of Douglas, MA. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Kaplan University. She entered the world of dentistry in 2015 as a dental assistant for an oral surgery practice. She loves connecting with patients and making them feel comfortable in the dental chair. She is also a licensed massage therapist and owns her own practice. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family (especially her two sons, Dominic and Logan), hiking with her dogs, Archer and Sparky, and geocaching.

Zinaida

Patient Concierge

Zinaida was born in Eastern Europe. At 13, her family moved to Massachusetts. Zinaida started her career in dentistry as a dental assistant to an oral surgeon in 2012 and quickly realized she loved connecting with people as a patient concierge. She takes pride in her job and really enjoys helping patients understand their treatment options and insurance benefits. In her spare time, Zinaida loves to spend time with her husband, two sons and her dog. She enjoys working out, yoga and cooking.

Morgan

Patient Concierge

Morgan grew up in Maine and spent several years living in Costa Rica before settling in Massachusetts. She began her career in dentistry as a social media manager but soon transitioned to the front desk, where she enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients every day. Outside of work, Morgan loves spending time with her family and exploring her passion for graphic design.

Carter & Charlotte

Office Mascots

Carter and Charlotte are Dr. Perry’s and Jason’s kids and the office mascots. Carter likes to play the piano and code his own video games. Charlotte likes pretending to be a cat and being a daredevil on her scooter.
